The shipment of the ordered products takes place after Mini Minuit receives the payment. The shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Delivery term and method
The delivery time usually takes 1 to 3 working days. The shipment is sent to the address specified by the customer. For the delivery Mini Minuit works with shipping services Bpost, Post NL & DBP (with track & trace in the email). Mini Minuit will contact the customer directly if the shipment expierences delays that impact the delivery date, and agree on a new moment for delivery. If this new delivery term is not met, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge. Mini Minuit will provide a refund in this case.
Mini Minuit is responsible for the transport of the products until they have been delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer. As soon as the products have been delivered to the customer or a third party designated by the customer, the risk of damage, theft or loss of the products passes to the customer. If the customer fails or refuses to accept the delivered products, the risk of loss passes to the customer. If the customer returns products, the customer is responsible for the transport. For more information about returning products, Mini Minuit would like to refer to the ‘Returns’ section.
Visible defects must be reported by the customer in writing as soon as possible and within 3 days after delivery by email, preferably with photos of the defect(s). Visible defects may include, for example: products damaged during transport, products that do not correspond to the products stated on the delivery note or do not correspond to the products ordered by the customer.
Mini Minuit is not responsible for any consequential damages due to late delivery or non-delivery by the courier service. Mini Minuit’s liability is in any case limited to the value of the ordered products of which the customer can demonstrate that he/she has not received them.

You have the right to return the product within a period of 14 days after delivery. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
Method of return
Register your return by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include at least the following elements in your email:
– Your name
– Order number and possibly invoice number
– The product you wish to return (if your initial order consisted of several items)
– If it concerns shoes or a piece of clothing, the size
– Any reason for return

We strongly recommend that you return the product with track and trace. Mini Minuit is not responsible for lost parcels.
Conditions & type of product
We advise you to take very good care of the product during the first 14 days after delivery. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in original condition. The products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories, tags and labels supplied. If the returned product has suffered a damages, Mini Minuit reserves the right to hold you, as a customer, liable and to claim compensation for any decrease in value of the products resulting from your use of the products that goes beyond necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Returned products must be declared marketable again after a thorough inspection by Mini Minuit. Any decrease in value will be charged to the customer.
Gift vouchers and discounted products are not accepted as returns. Products with a defect that you have first tried to repair yourself will also not be taken back.
If the returned product is in perfect condition and all conditions are met, Mini Minuit will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs associated with the return) within the period of 14 days to the account number with which the original, online purchase was paid. The costs of sending the return products are paid by the customer.
